Absolutely nothing.

The original room was very smelly and the carpet was filthy, but the receptionist was happy to switch us to a room with tiles on floor and a view of the water, very good. And was even happy to allow us to stay an additional 4 days iwith Lways a s lie on her face.

Good location, close to public transport and shopping areas. , the apartment was equipped with most of the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The cleanliness of the apartment was subpar. The floors were dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom.

We had an amazing stay in an apartment that was lovely and clean. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect, as it was right on the beach and close to public transport. The apartment had excellent facilities, including a heated pool and BBQ area. Plus, it was just a short walk from the bustling downtown area, where we could enjoy the party atmosphere.

We did have a small issue with the after-hours check-in process, which caused a bit of frustration.

Close to Gold Coast

The units are very small and in need of refurbishment, had an issue with the toilet, notified staff who eventually attended did not fix the problem, so toilet remained faulty for entire stay, what was required is a plumber to either replace seals in cistern or replace cistern.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a few streets from the tram, which we used to full advantage. The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment we stayed in was lovely and clean, with excellent facilities. The area was relatively near to the major tourist area and just across the beach. Additionally, the hotel had free undercover secure car parking, which was a great convenience.

This hotel offers great facilities, with modern furniture and rooms on the 3rd floor. The location in a fairly quiet side street provides a peaceful atmosphere, while still being conveniently close to attractions like Cavill Ave and Sea World. The staff are attentive and the basic amenities, like a balcony, are a nice touch.

All was satisfactory, no major issues to mention.

No fuss checkin and checkout, free undercover parking, few minutes walk to the heart of Surfers and the beach, Nerang River and beach/park on your doorstep

Rooms/decor is getting a bit dated.

Close to the centre of surfers, can leave the car there & walk to the shops. Reasonably quiet. Very handy & not too expensive.
